So⊠what if the people and situations in your life are actually mirrors? đȘ
This was one of the things I started discovering when I learned to observe myself.
If I can observe the way I think, react and behaveâŠ
then it canât be ALL of me.
There is a part of me that can step back and watch.
That realization changed a lot for me.
Because that Coyote voice inside my head?
It sounds exactly like ME.
Of course I believed it was me.
Until I started creating a little distance and observing it.
And then I began to notice something elseâŠ
Relationships can work the same way.
In the beginning, everything can look wonderful.
Then, little by little, something starts to feel off.
We decide:
âHe is controlling.â
âShe doesnât respect me.â
âThey donât see me.â
âThey are treating me badly.â
And sometimes, yes â people really do behave in ways that are not okay.
But stillâŠ
they are also showing us something about ourselves that we havenât been willing to see yet.
What we tolerate.
What we believe we deserve.
Where we abandon ourselves.
Where we make ourselves smaller.
Where we donât speak our truth.
The mirror isnât always comfortable.
But when we dare to lookâŠ
it can become incredibly powerful. đȘâ€ïž
Have you ever had a person or relationship in your life that later made you realize: âOh⊠this was actually showing me something about MEâ? đ
