Sometimes our mind can give us a VERY convincing list of reasons.
Why it makes no sense..... Why the timing is wrong.....Why we should be sensible...Why we definitely should NOT do the thing we somehow find ourselves doing anyway.
That specific morning, mine had quite the list. 😂
And yet, underneath all that noise, there was something else....very convincing..
I didn’t understand it.
I couldn’t explain it.
I only knew that it wouldn’t let go of me.
Maybe we don’t always need to understand every signal,the moment we notice it.
Maybe sometimes the first thing is simply to become present enough to notice that there IS more than one voice inside us.
